As áreas e disposição das diversas divisões são igauis. Diferem apenas no piso em que estão situados e na orientação, o que origina diferentes vistas (ver fotos no slide show). Estes 3 apartamentos são compostos de sala comum com 2 camas que funcionam como sofás durante o dia, graças aos almofadões em forma de cunha, mesa com 3/4 cadeiras, móveis de apoio e TV satélite, Hall de entrada com grande roupeiro, pequena cozinha independete com frigorífico combi, micro-ondas e 2 placas eléctricas. O apartamento 3, fica situado na vizinha Torre I da Torralta, a 200m da Praia do Alvor e 400m da Vila de Alvor, concelho de Portimão. Um pouco mais pequeno que os restantes, tem cozinha americana e uma varanda com vista sobre a Torralta e vista lateral sobre a praia.

Apartments 1 and 2 are situated at the building "Torre G" in Torralta, 100m from Alvor beach and 500m from the village of Alvor, Portimão. They are very similar to each other, with the same exact lay-out and areas. They only differ on the floor they are located and the views from balcony (please wacth the slide-shows). The apartments consist of living room with 2 beds wich function as sofas during the day thanks to the wedge-shaped pillows, dinner table with 3/4 chairs, support furniture and satellite TV. Entrance hall with large wardrobe, small kitchen with fridge, microwave and two hotplates. Bathroom with bath. Balcony with table and 2 chairs and 2 marquees. On one of those with washing machine.
Apartment 3 is situated at the neighboring building "Torre I" also in Torralta, 200m from Alvor beach and 400m from the village of Alvor, Portimão. A little smaller than the others, has american kitchen and a balcony overlooking the Torralta complex and side view of the beach.
Contract with security deposit of 1 rent. Water and electricity not included in rent.
